Return and Refund Policy

At Stemox, your satisfaction is our priority. While we stand behind the quality of our wellness products, we understand that sometimes a return or refund may be necessary and we’ve made that process as easy and transparent as possible.

1. How do I track my order?

Once your order is placed, you'll receive an email with a tracking link. Be sure to check your inbox and spam folder.

You can also track your order anytime through the tracking link and id provided.

2. How does our order verification process work?

Once you place your order, you’ll receive a confirmation SMS with a verification link. Simply

click YES to confirm your order.

3. What is our return & refund policy?

You can return any product within 10 days of purchase, as long as the packaging is unopened and in original condition.

If the packaging has been opened and you’re not satisfied, we’re still here to help — just contact us and we’ll guide you accordingly.

You have two return options:

Option 1 — Self Return

Send your product(s) to our return address:

🏢 Return Address: Plaza 44-I, Street 26, Business Bay, Sector F, DHA, Phase 1, Islamabad, Pakistan

Once we receive the product, your refund will be processed via Bank Transfer / EasyPaisa / JazzCash

Option 2 — Pick-up by Courier

Our partner courier can collect the product from your delivery address.
A return fee of Rs. 200 will be deducted from your refund.

4. What if my product was tampered with?

If your product appears damaged or tampered with, please keep the original packaging and contact us immediately. We’ll walk you through the return process.

5. What if I bought Stemox from another store or website?

If you bought from a third-party retailer or online marketplace, please follow their return and refund policies.

6. How are refunds issued?

Refunds are issued via:

  • Bank Transfer / Mobile Wallet (Pakistan)

Processing time may take 5–7 business days after product inspection.
